If you searched for Fantastico, you'll find that it is NOT recommended by many in this forum. It makes some decisions that are not always beneficial as you have found. Take a look at your directory structure and see if it didn't create a zc_admin directory. If so, you need to change that and change the listing in the configure.php.
You might also want to restart with the new 1.5.0 RC1 and use the standard method to install it.
There are docs that come with each version and you would also need to be aware of changes when hosting on Windows.
