At this point, it would probably be safe to install v1.5.0RC1; by the time you have the site configured, any final bugs should be ironed out and if you need to reupload modified files or a new fileset they will most likely be fully compatible with your setups. An exception might be if you plan to use a lot of mods which are not yet confirmed to work with v1.5.0.
