PayPoint.net module gives error but payment goes through

Hello! I'm trying to help a friend with a problem he's having with the latest PayPoint.net module and Zen Cart .3.8a. Basically after the customer enters the card info they are returned to the zen cart site but with the error "It was not possible to complete your transaction, please contact the merchant for more information." however the transaction does actually go through and can be seen in the PayPoint.net merchant transaction manager. There is also no record in the Zen Cart admin section of the order being placed nor does the user receive a confirmation email.

My friend was running an older module version which was working just fine and then suddenly stopped working so I upgraded it to the latest version to see if that would help but it didn't. I got the module from: http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=328 Both modules listed there do not work and give the same error though worded differently depending on the module version.

Any ideas where to go from here? The server is running Linux with PHP version 5.3.8. Please let me know if there's any other info that would be a help.
