The horizontal categories menu with mega menu dropdowns is a mod you can add to any template, so don't let that be your criterion for choosing.

I was talking about the vertical drop down on mouse over. In this example the drop down menu is on Furnitures

Yes, that's the one I was referring to. You can get various custom navigation menus for any location in Free Addons. Product or category listing layouts can likewise be customized fairly easily, depending on exactly what you want, and the homepage can have any content you like.
