Some sideboxes not showing on the page?

Hi all,

Hope someone can please help me. I'm using Zen 1.3.9.

I have template based on the ' default 'classic'. The only thing I have changed in terms of code is the css file.

I have gone into the back-end and chosen tools--> Layout Boxes Controller.

Just to test the page I have turned every sidebox on, and split them between left and right columns so I could see them on the website. I have turned the status to ON for both LEFT/RIGHT COLUMN and SINGLE COLUMN.

However, after doing this and viewing the web page, the only sideboxes out of all of them which display down the side are are follows:

• Categories
• Information
• More Information
• Search
• Reviews

Everything else is missing.

Could someone please tell me why they are not showing up. I haven't touched anything else on the classic template.

Also, the main navigation bar is showing the categories, and I want it to just show EZ Pages I am setting up. Can anyone please tell me how to stop the main navigation at the top showing categories and show EZ Pages?

Many sideboxes don't display until there is content in them.

When you create your EZ pages, you have the option of placing their links in the header, footer and/or sidebox and defining a sort order in each (which you must do for them to display).

Admin - Configuration - Layout Settings - Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF for the header category links.

I have created two EZ pages by going to Tools --> EZ pages and clicking n 'new file' I have saved the pages after adding the necessary content and then requested they display on header, footer and sidebox as a test. I can see the rounded boxes on each of them in the overview list is green so I know they are turned on. However, when I look at the site none of them are showing in any spot.

EZ-pages need a sort order greater than zero.

Additionally, check under the CONFIGURATION menu >>> EZPages Settings

Ah - the sort order being greater than zero fixed it.
