I am using 1.3.9h as fresh installation with rfq_shipping_and_payment_modules_1-02a. I follow the instruction and got this error at the payment

I have activate these modules under payment (status is green) and shipping (status is orange). Then I try to checkout a product and cannot find those payment and shipping methods.

Can someone advise me?
