I am using Zen Cart version 1.3.9h and MYSQL version 4.0.30. I have loaded Ultimate Cross Sell and have verified that the installation is correct. I am recieving the following error:

1044 Access denied for user: 'war0706001344537@%' to database 'war0706001344537'
in:
[create temporary table cross_sell ( products_id int(11), products_image varchar(64) )]

I believe this to be a database problem, but I have no idea how to resolve it.

Can anyone let me know what to do any help wouldbe greatly appreciated!
