Checkout error message-Please Help!

Hello, I hope someone can help me. A problem with the Checkout on my site just occurred with a customer, and when I tested the checkout, it said the same thing to me. As soon as a customer is ready to checkout, an error page comes up saying:
The page isn't redirecting properly has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies.

I have tried clearing out cookies, but that doesn't help. I am afraid I am losing customers because they are all getting this error message. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Search the forums for "never complete". Looks like this can be a hosting issue (GoDaddy ?).

Thanks for your reply. The first thing I did was call Godaddy and they told me it was a Zencart issue. I will search the forums thank you so much!

The second thing you should do is find a better host. They advertise a lot, and Danica Patrick is hot, but GoDaddy is one of the worst hosting options for an ecommerce site.

You are absolutely correct, everyone keeps telling me that. Do you have any recommendations on better hosting companies? I know I should do that as I am coming up on renewal. Danica is hot, but certainly not hot enough to justify all the issues I have had.

At the top of the page is a link for recommended hosting. Of the three in there, I am familiar with bluehost. They are excellent.

Note: I am not affiliated with bluehost and, in fact, don't even use them. However, I know some other Zen Carters who do.
