I'm trying to set up downloadable .zip files to my store. I was able to set up the option names: Download #1, Download #2, etc., but I get a weird error message when I try to add an option value. I'm just trying to add option values for multiple .zip files for each product.

I'm using 3.19 and I only added a theme to the cart. I have not upgraded and I have no addons installed.

This is the error message:
1062 Duplicate entry '1-1' for key 1
in:
[insert into zen_products_options_values (products_options_values_id, language_id, products_options_values_name, products_options_values_sort_order) values ('1', '1', 'Y', '20')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I;m sure it's probably very simple, but I've been searching and searching and can't find the solution.
