News and Article Manager

I just installed the news and article manager from the free add-on section and every thing works great. Just one thing is that the headline(title) is really small and I was wondering if i can make that bigger or find a way to change the size. I tried going into the CSS file but it didn't seem to do anything? I also want to know if i can delete the "post a comment" as I am using Disqus at the end of my article. Your feedback would really help. :)

NvM i just forget it out I had to have the css file in my Custom_template folder thats why it wasnt making any changes. Is there a way to add social bookmarking widgets to my articles?
