suddenly unable to find a USPS shipping quote

Hello,

I am running 1.3.9h.


I just received an email from a customer that is getting the following error: We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)


I had this error in the past for international orders, so I updated the shipping module and the problem was resolved. This new issue just popped up, with no changes to the add-ons to the cart. Any suggestions?

Yes, I installed that module when I had issues with international shipping.

Can you test by making the same order as your customer and using their address information to see if you get the same problem?

Could you temporarily turn on the UPS shipping module and just check if you get a quote?
