Yesterday and today various customers report that their credit card transactions are not going through.

The customer receives the following message: {Note that I removed the IP address of their server.}

I contacted the support number and was notified that this is a known issue with no ETA.

My customer called Virtual Merchant support again today and they have a "cure" which involves:

"in the XML submitted to Virtual Merchant, there needs to be a contents link in the header".

This certainly seems to be a different solution that what I expected.
