set up express but have error at top of pg

ERROR: module not loaded due to missing language file: /home2/myadmin/public_html/store/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/authorizenet_aim.php



this is displayed at top of modules-payment


checked on my site and sure enough no payment folder so uploaded another from previous backup so now confused about two things -

why the error when i'm not attempting to enable authorizenet and why was my payment folder missing when I dloaded my entire site as back up just yesterday?

what do i do now? didn't tell me if i was successful setting up paypal express on paypal site or in admin

Payment modules are built in two pieces: the module file and its corresponding language file.
When you open the admin page which lists modules, it attempts to load BOTH files. If one of the pair is missing, you'll see that error message.
You can fix the problem by uploading the missing file.

That message has nothing to do with PayPal.
