Hello,
I have a site and I need to copy all the products from one category to another. I dont want to link them and id rather not install any extra modules.
If the products dont have any attributes could a mysql staement be used? or am i missing something? if so can anyone help with this?
p.s. i have a full backup so i can play about!

How many products are in the category? You can copy/duplicate them one at a time in Catalog > Categories/Products > product listing > click (c) button. I don't know of a mass duplicate function. A SQL statement to move them all (if possible) would have to come from someone more experienced in mySQL.
