What is a site map? I removed the link but alot of my customer whom I polled told me a good site map is something they look for in a site.

A site map is like an outline of your site's pages. Add /index.php?main_page=site_map to your site's URL to view yours.

As a visitor, I very rarely use them unless there's something wrong with the site's navigation.

Holy crap, that's wicked convenient for me. I have been trying to get that very thing in Visio for when i work on my csv file. Thanks for the info. You learn something new every day.
