    Default logos in emails

I have current version of Zen Cart.
I followed posting #33 on Aug 2010 and put the URL of logo after <img scr=”http://www. ...... in email_template_welcome.html.
As long as the new person checks the HTML radio button upon login, they will see the logo on their Welcome Emails. Anyone checking the Text radio button upon login will only see the welcome text message of email and NO logo. Is there another way to make it show up on regular text emails also? I would appreciate input for this.
    Thank you in advance.

The purpose of selecting text only for eMail notifications is because the user does not want to receive images and html coding. Even if there were a way to force the logo in to text only eMails, it would be a bad idea.

    Thanks RescoCCC for the clarification.
I would have thought by now that someone would have come up with a plan to achieve that on text emails also. Like - why can't a template be made as a background image that the email in processed on as it is generated for all those you want text emails. I just don't see people spending all this time to create a professional looking website and then turn around and send out a welcome email that looks like you are barely learning computer skills.

I check text only eMails for everything I need to sign up for. The reason is simple. Most phishing scams are done in html. I can tell at a glance if an eMail allegedly from my bank, or eBay, or PayPal, or anyplace else that needs to communicate with me, is a scam.

Okay RescoCCC. Why can't a person make a text template for email use and embed their logo into it. You would need to change all files that pertain to the old html template and rename them as a txt file possibly. I am not a computer technician. I am just a business owner who wants good quality material coming out of my shop - whether it is the product or the emails or letters.
