template jscript_ not loading?

hi, i am using a jquery page curl on my site Livvylou Gifts, i need this to be shown site wide as it is a sign up offer to replace the top banner on the main page (if it ever works lol)

i have included the javascript file called jscript_flip_on_hover.js in my includes/templates/maniola/jscript folder but it seems to do nothing!?

i have tabbed products pro which implements cj_loader which auto loads all javascripts and css so do not need to call the script directly.

so instead i add the raw code within script tags inside my override template's html_header.php and this for some reason works BUT only on my product pages? not on any other page.

i would love it if someone could help me, im stumped as i thought that zen would call javascript provided the have the prefix jscript_

i have also tried placing the script in the includes/modules/pages and any folder which i deemed it important to be ie product_info, index etc etc but no avail.

i would love it if someone could help please.

What happens if you temporarily disable minify?

thanks for your reply, i temp disable minify i can get it working on the index page and products page, however page load time increases dramatically and it still doesnt work on any other page?
