Coupon Not Working

Take a look at this screenshot and let me know what could cause this to happen:



As you can see, we have a coupon created that will deduct 20% off an order of $75.00 or more. And yet, in the screenshot, you can see that the order is above $75.00 but it's still getting an error message.

NOTE: Other people have used the coupon just fine, so I know it works.

So far, this is only happening with one particular customer, and I am just wondering why the system thinks the order is under $75.00 when it clearly shows a subtotal higher than that.

EDIT: It appears to happen to a bunch of people I'm afraid. Some are using the coupon fine, others are seeing the message above, even when orders are $200 or higher. Any ideas?

I have an idea of what may be happening, and perhaps a developer can confirm.

This coupon has category restrictions. My guess is that the coupon system does NOT look at the total of all the items in the cart. It only adds up the total of non-restricted items, and only if those non-restricted items are more than the coupon threshold, only then will it work.

What version of Zen Cart and what addons do you have installed?

I am having this same problem. My coupon is for 9.98, I have 41.03 in my shoping cart and it gives me the same error. The modules I have installed are captcha, reward points, and just uninstalled dangling carrot.

Any help would be great thanks!
