Remove subheading from category pages

Does anyone know how to remove the subheading on the individual category pages? I'll include a screen shot. I'm baffled. Thanks in advance for any help.

Just to clarify its not the heading - "Bibshorts" - its the information directly below it - see example below.

Property categories:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Nullam mattis, augue a pharetra aliquet, turpis magna sagittis odio, non lobortis dolor nulla a massa.

Is that the template's default category description ?

If not, use the Admin - Tools - Developers Tool Kit to search for part of that string to find the file it's in.

Yes, it is. When I create a new category in the admin console I have to enter a name and optional description etc. but this is the information that shows up in the screen grab I attached.

There must be a way to turn this off in the admin console I just can't locate it and I've tried the obvious ones with no luck.

Where did you get your template? Template Monster generally uses the "lorem ipsum" for demo text, and they could well have hard-coded something that does what you see. Looking at your site live may help us identify the problem.

Can you share what you did to solve this issue? I'm having the same problem with a template, and am not sure what to do..
