How to creat new page?

hi i want to creat a new page in zen cart how is this possible, i have gone through tools> EZpages but im unable to add the TEST page but what is the url for that page? how can i add that page to my main menu?

There are two steps in the process. First:

Configuration/EZ-Pages Settings. In the status settings, set the value to 1.

Then in:

Tools/EZ-Pages click the status icon under the location you want the page to appear and change it from red to green.
