Picture image problem

We have two zencart sites, hosting with the same company. We did have a hacking issue, and also renewing the domain names, etc, and when the sites were restored, one of the sites is functioning fine.

The other one, the more active one, is not. What I can see, and the hosting site seems unable to comprehend to fix, is that when I go to define pages, and when I go to add a new product, these pages and just the picture loading themselves, actually show they are part of the 2nd site.

So when I am looking at the admin (or on the site, when you right click the image that is not there on the catalogue), you will see this under for example define pages contact us:

/hsphere/local/home/c146716/goughcommunications.ca/zencart/includes/languages/english/html_includes/classic/define_contact_us.php



But the website I am trying to look at via the admin section is actually www.goughswholesale.com

This editing file reference for the 2nd site shows up in a few define pages, not all, and I can load a product onto the goughswholesale site without any problem at all, however, it is only the picture itself that is linking to the 2nd site.

How can I explain to the hosting company that this is something that they did and need to fix from their side. I've had a couple of other issues called about before and they;ve been no help, until today I get someone who had no problem fixing something apparently unfixable or not their problem or that I am supposedly having to fix thru zencart lol,

Obviously the files they have in there are wrong, and all they really need to do is go in and replace the wrong ones. But how can I show them the solution, or should I just hope to find the one person who can figure it out ??

Have you checked the configure.php files for the problem site to make sure the paths are correct?

i don't actually have access. All i really know is what i can see from the site itself and the admin side of things. From there, as you can see, it is clearly messed up. To go to admin of the wholesale site to change info on one of the pages, you should see the edit file showing info for that site. ALL of the define pages edit file info shows for the communication site.
