Banner width

I found in css where I can change my store to be as wide as the open browser window, meaning it adjusts to the browser.

My question is, my banner does not resize along with it. Where do I change this?

You don't, if the image has fixed dimensions. There are some techniques (Google sliding-door image), but it's a lot of work for minimal advantage, IMO. I prefer fixed-width sites.
