USPS vs RateV4?

I just got a letter from the USPS saying I was using an outdated API RateV2. I have 1.3.9h How do I find and install the Rate V4 API..

Also, where do I find what API I currently have installed? I thought I had the new version since it was installed a month ago.

Thanks. I did look at all the threads on Zencart, but have not found an answer yet...

I did not install an add-on shipping mod. This is the shipping mod included with ZenCart not modified.

I am wondering how the USPS knows what version I have too...

I did look at these post, but I thought (first mistake) based on this text in the mod. description "USPS RateV4 and IntlRateV2 Shipping Module - Based on the original usps module with a few additional features and enhancements" that this was a modified version of the code.

I have V3. I guess I need to have someone install this mod. Sorry for wasting everyone's time...
