Duplicate installation - bizarre admin redirect bug

Hey guys,

I've got a rather bizarre problem with a zencart installation. I have a modified zencart installation with about 5-6 mods on that I am very happy with, its set up just how I like it. I'm in the process of setting up a new online store and because I am happy with the current installation and settings (ie I want the mods, payment methods, template, etc to all be the same on the new store) I figured I would simply duplicate the installation on the new store URL, then remove the products and import my new set (I have easypopulate so the task would be quite easy).

The duplication and move went fine, apart from a weird bug I can't fathom.

When I navigate to my admin panel on the second store (located at www.store2.com/zcadmin/) it redirects me to the admin panel of the first store (www.store1.com/zcadmin/).

Could anybody shed any light on it?

Probably the wrong path information in admin/includes/configure.php.

If zcadmin is the actual name of your admin folder, you need to change it again.

Can't believe I forgot to edit the config file in the admin directory, talk about feeling like an idiot

Regarding this point, why is that? Simply for security reasons?
