Product Filter Mod

I took a brief look through the forum but couldn't find something like this...

I'm looking for a mod or some help on making a product filter that works like this:

I have tried that one already. It has too many bugs and the design is mainly drop down menus. I need something more with check boxes that automatically adjust the product listings when checked as well as a price slider.

I'd prefer everything to be automatic when pressed or checked rather then having the customer click search each time they want to narrow the results.

When I'm finished there will be somewhere in the range of 50,000 products and this would make things a lot easier for the customer.

I looked at the site again to see if was a ZC but I don't think so - too much junk on the footer to figure it out. I was thinking if it was you could email the store owner and ask them.
