docs/1.readme_installation.html should indicate the minimum version of PHP required (now that this is enforced as of rc2).

Right - but that seems out of place. IMHO it would be better put in the list of "The Basics".
1. Do you have a hosting account?
("Domain" might be misinterpreted to mean domain name.)
