I am having exactly the same problem.
Here is the product on my website:
http://www.bonsaitoolchest.com/test/...roducts_id=243
My image files are thus:
tool_chest.jpg
tool_chest_01.jpg
and they are loaded in the same directory and I have done everything the original poster above mentioned that needs to be done in Admin. But I don't get more than one image.
Your first image isn't called tool_chest.jpg. It's called tool_chest.JPG
And I didn't find the second image called tool_chest_01.jpg or tool_chest_01.JPG
I did find one called tool_chest_01.png
Multiple images only works when each additional image has the exact same extension as the first.
.jpg is not equal to .JPG is not equal to .png and so on.....
But this brings up another problem (related)
All of my products have model numbers with image file names that are the same. For example: POT_08_01= model number and image file name (.jpg)
Most of the products have the same model number but with a different last number. For example: POT_08-02, 03, 04, 05 and so on. This is the same with the image file name.
These are all in the same image directory just like the Tool Chest. So why are these images not showing up as more than one photo for one of the pots?? Not that I want it to, I like it the way it is. I guess it is probably because I have Image Handler 3.
It all starts with the base picture. Whatever the first pic is called, all related images have to start with the exact same name.
So
If the base pic is uglybabypic.jpg
then uglybabypic_whatever.jpg will be related.
But if the base pic is uglybabypic-1.jpg
Then uglybabypic-2.jpg is not related.
But uglybabypic-1_27.jpg is related.
Do you have some kind of image handler installed? The URL for your thumbnail is:
http://www.bonsaitoolchest.com/test/...ge.150x112.JPG
While the URL for your enlarged image is:
http://www.bonsaitoolchest.com/test/...tool_chest.JPG
