I tried to find a way to do this before posting...

Is there a way to create a discount coupon that would enable the user to get a fixed discount off of our retail price regardless of our current promotional price. The discount coupons take the discount percentage off of the discounted price (cumulative). Group Pricing would require the buyer to register then we would apply the group price.

If we do an advertisement in a magazine, and get 200 people trying to buy something it would be chaos trying to communicate with each and add them to the group.

If we have 10% discount on the store product, and the 'coupon' is set to 20%, then they should get 20% off. But if we go crazy and offer a Cyber Monday Special of 25% off, then the coupon should be ignored on that day, and they would get 25% off.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
