I'm getting this error repeatedly:

1226 User '***' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 75000) [I've replaced the database username with ***]

I've tried rotating DB Users as described at http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24089 , but it doesn't seem to have helped, in fact I'm not sure it has worked at all, as I have not seen any of the new DB user names come up in the error messages.

I am using ZC 1.3.9h and EP 1.2.5.4, if memory serves (I can't log in to ZC at present). Trying to upload inventory (~4000 rows) via EP is clearly triggering the problem. My very first upload was OK, and I did manage to get EP to split the file into 26 parts of 300 records, but all other attempts to upload inventory have caused the error

Any ideas what to try next please?
