Now I find the first one you mentioned.
there are other tables with the customers id in them. but then those seems to belong to orders and other stuff. Would that matter if I am only trying to transfer the customers first. I will have to tackle the ones in the orders tables later.

There are many tables (and relationships) involved. Not just customers_id, but other keys which will need to be updated throughout the database.

Keep in mind if you have any other "plugins" or "modules" installed they may have altered the Zen Cart database (and require you to make additional modifications)... You may also have missed some things when installing / merging the "multi-site" mod changes... Or when upgrading the database...

If you have not already upgraded both stores to Zen Cart 1.5 - This should probably be the first step... Trying to both "upgrade" and "merge two stores" at the same time will make determining the source of issues (and handling required database changes) difficult. Do one or the other first.

Unless you are comfortable with all the items mentioned as well as debugging when things go wrong... You may be better off keeping both these stores separate... Or hiring someone very experienced with SQL, Zen Cart, and the "multi-site mod" to handle the installation of the "multi-site mod" and upgrade(s) to Zen Cart 1.5.
The glass is not half full. The glass is not half empty. The glass is simply too big!
Where are the Zen Cart Debug Logs? Where are the HTTP 500 / Server Error Logs?

Thank you lhungl. I have not yet installed the MULTISITE MOD. I just wanted to work ahead before doing so. I seem to have been successfully able to merged all my customers and all my orders into one database. Upon initial scan check, info appears to be correct. But I still need to intensively verify before saying it went well. I am actually a bit confused with MULTI Site installation. That I have to go to the correct forum for it. After merging and inserting the databases and inserting them into ZC1.5.1 I notice something is not right with the way Edit Orders 4.1.1 RC1 as I claimed in my PM with you that all is fine. I will report this to you on your PM.
