How to Increas a number of rows in Admin - Customers Menager ?
How to Increas a number of rows in Admin - Categories - Products Menager ?

I don`t unerstand how to do this.

Assuming "Customers Menager" means the number of customers that show up when you click on the customers tab in admin, then:

Configuration - Maximum Values - Maximum Display of Customers on Customer Page

and I don't know what you mean by the second one, but if it is doable, it will be on the same page:

Configuration - Maximum Values. Just look at all the Maximum Value options until you find the one pointing to the thing you're trying to change.
