Admin Activity Report not shown

I followed the install instructions.

I do not see 'Admin Activity' in 'Reports'.

I should mention, I installed this mod after my first time seeing the below message:
WARNING: The Admin Activity Log table has records over 2 months old and should be cleaned ...

Any ideas why?

I didnt clean the table before installing this mod. I hoped to see the report on what has been done to date. Can someone help me get this working?

Nevermind! I installed a mod that controls admin permissions. I enabled myself to see Admin Activity. Silly me
