Server Problems Related to Magnetic one

Hi all,

Recently I have installed the SEO url module from magneticone.
Ever since then, I am getting a bunch of errors:

Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.
Error 15 (net::ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED): Unknown error.
Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.

The weird thing is that most of the time the site works fine, but at times it just shuts down without any reason. We don't even have that many visitors (less than 100 a day).

Magneticone says that it's the host's fault, and the host says that it's zen cart's fault. (Heavy mySQL queries or something like that.)

I am not a tech expert so it would be great if someone could tell me what the errors above mean.
Is this really the problem of the server?
The problem of the module?
Or something wrong with my computer/browser?

By the way, this happens on firefox, chrome, and IE when it does happen - when the site decides to work, it works perfectly fine.
Also, the module itself works without any problems.

Those errors are not Zen Cart errors -suggest you first remove/disable the SEO module first and then yell at your host some more.
