customizing order email, copy customer address + phone

For each order I copy and paste the shipping address and customer phone number into QuickBooks. It would save me several seconds per order if the new order email I receive had the address and phone together, like the below. With the default email I have to scroll down to the bottom of the email to find the phone number.

I know the file to change this is includes/classes/order.php , but it's pretty complex and I'm not sure how to make the change.

Or else has anyone used one of the addons for QuickBooks to import new customers? How does it handle possible returning (duplicate) customers? I will still need to enter item info manually for each order because it's too complex to try to map.

So I'm just trying to find the best way to save time here.

Actually, the file to edit would be:

email/email_template_checkout.html

It isn't nearly as intimidating as order.php.

The problem with that is in email_template_checkout.html the phone number is contained within one of those footer variables that contains several other pieces of info. Or at least that's the way it looked in the other file too, but my store doesn't send html emails, only text.

There is nothing in the footer section that refers to the phone number. That's just where the copyright and disclaimer goes. As for text vs html, re-arranging the info in that file will change the location in either/both.

Zen Cart doesn't add the phone number to order confirmation eMails.
