admin warning message can this be moved

when you go into categories you get warning if you have an item in the top level category of website

WARNING: You have Products in the Top Level Category. This will cause pricing to not work properly in the Catalog. Products found: 1

as i use easy populate i am not in categories that often, can this waning be moved to top of page in admin so it can be seen no matter what part of admin you are in
