Default HTML Cut-Off in middle of tags

I am running into a problem where the page being sent from the server is cut short. It is not a consistent page length. Some page are cutting shirt after 20,000 characters and others after 48000 characters. I have enabled PHP errors, none to report. I have enabled warnings, still nothing. Everything appears to be clean except the pages just cut short right in the middle HTML, text, etc... If you go to the 2 pages I listed below and view the source you will see what I am talking about. I have no idea where to go from here.

Please take a look at the pages here:

    and

Any insight into what may be causing this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

All I know is that PHP was updated and the site no longer works. Updated to the latest version of Zen Cart and still no dice.

I suspect it is a PHP.ini setting that is hosed up. Don't know which one(s) need tweaked to move forward.

    Ideas???

Try making a .html file with more than 20,000 characters and host it on your site and see if it works fine or not. At least this will narrow it down a bit.

It is not a character limitation. It will cut off at 20,000 characters on one page, 80,000 characters on another page, or 200,000 characters on a different page.

Raw html, no problems. I placed a page with 2,000,000 characters. No problem. Standard PHP, I echo out a string containing 2,000,000 characters, no problem.

    Any other suggestions?

Might be a PHP memory limit problem, ie: the new PHP configuration has too low a setting (the default used to be pretty low) ,and it's running out of memory while processing the output.

Again, you should be talking to your hosting company or whoever is the server administration expert about the problems they've caused by doing the upgrade.

It apparently is not a memory problem.
Granted PHP 512 meg of max memory.

Unfortunately the server administrator has no ideas on how to fix as well. I know that the server was hardened for PCI compliance. It is server 2008 and not using Fast CGI since there are a lot of legacy PHP sites.

PHP is not logging any errors. None in System logs, nowhere. Turned on error reporting, no errors come out. I even created a simple divide by zero error to test the errors. I also created a syntax error to make sure it shows u too. Those tests work perfectly.

For a little bit there, it almost looked like a possible database issue. I repaired all the tables to make sure that is not the cause. IS is in the process of getting a copy of the site up and running on the test server to see if it exhibits the same problems.
