clone flat

On a older topic I found a way to clone the flat.php

I make 3 version of them en changed all. But How can i make them active in my shop. I'm use version 1.3.9.h

The shipping modules are orange of clour when I maken the zone egal as the shopzone.

I don't see the option in phase 1 of the ordering. I see the follow message:
Sorry at the present we do not shipping Internet orders to you area.

Will somebody tell what's wrong

Check the Zone Definitions that you created and make sure that the DETAILS have been defined correctly ...
