Adding surcharge to the Freight

I have set up Shipping Table Rates using price in ZC v1.3.9.h and it is ideal for the shop.
34.99:4.50,149.99:7.50,10000:0.00
Using Paypal IPN
No zones required.

My question is, is there a technique to allow the adding of a surcharge to the Freight for an expedited delivery if the customer wishes it?

Or maybe using 2 tables, one of them with Priority costs, that the customer can chose from?

After I posted I saw there was an addon, Duplicate Table Rate, that allows a customer to choose between 2 different tables at checkout time.
It worked perfectly.
Sorry for the premature post - somehow I missed the significance of that addon.
