I have this problem in admin/Tools/Send Mail
1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'as s left join
can someone help me,

Sounds a lot like you had the old "Newsletter Subscribe" addon installed at some point and only partially removed it. Or, you've only partially installed it.
