Upgrade 1.3.9a > h now stock by attributes doesn't work

I just upgraded 1.3.9a > h. Now the stock by attributes doesn't seem to work.

The symptom: Attributes with 0 stock are still being listed as available, no warning is given when the attribute is placed in the cart or during checkout.

The out of stock warning is given for products that don't have attributes.

I THINK I have the latest version of the addon - -it's hard to tell because I don't see an obvious version number, just this line:

* @version $Id: products_with_attributes_stock.php 389 2008-11-14 16:02:14Z hugo13 $

Where should I be looking?

Never mind -- I figured it out. When I upgraded, I overwrote some of the files from the addon. I reinstalled them from the addon and things seem to be OK now.
