Does easypopulate take xml files? The version I am using only allows csv files.

What version of easy Populate have you installed?
It looks like your supplier is sending you prepared TAB-DELIMITED TXT files, which is fine.
Easy Populate 1.2.5.4 is the most stable version for loading these files.20 years a Zencart User
