Maybe you are having the same problem I am having... *I* don't reveive the status updates, AND neither does the customer!

Do you at least get messages in the email archive that show that they are being sent (maybe not received, but at least being sent)?
Hmm yeah I took a look over at your topic... and it seems similar.
So I installed the Email archive mod to take a look if it's being sent at all. I see a copy of it on the list so Im assuming it has been sent. Tho I don't get the copies of it, which I think it has to do with the email transport method.
So it's odd that it worked before but not anymore...
For new orders, I use [email protected] to send to
When I update in admin (your order will be shipped out XXX), an email is sent to the customer, however I don't get a copy of that email. I also use the same email address to send a copy of the status updates...
That is where I am confused. If I receive the new orders copies, why not the status updates?
Soooo I think I solved it after numerous trial and error.......
I had an edit button and details button when viewing my orders.
For me, I HAD to click on DETAILS to update the status of the order, to receive the emails..... I couldn't receive them when I updated it by clicking EDIT...... =/
But thanks for reviewing and helping me troubleshoot :)
