Adding a Third Level Category

I want to add a third level category to my products, but ZC only allows two levels, as far as I can tell. How can I add a third level?

That takes you to my "Sheet Music" page. Then I have two sub-categories: "Sheet Music Books" and "Sheet Music Electronic Downloads." I want to add categories WITHIN the "Sheet Music Electronic Downloads" section. All SC seems to let me do is add a new product at that level. No button for a new category.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Try creating the sub-subcategory in the sub-category before you add any products. Once you add products, you can't add categories to it, and vice-versa. So if you want a sub-sub in that sub-category you have to create two, if that makes sense. (You can't have a folder that opens into a list of products and a sub-folder. You can only have a folder that opens into one or more sub-folders.)

Create a new temporary holding subcat in "Sheet Music". Move all of the products in "Sheet Music Books" to this holding subcat, create your new sub-subcats, and move the products into those sub-subcats.

Note: even though it is possible to move products into a category that has subcats, don't do it. It will create the possibility for search and pricing errors.
