Are there any content management modules to cope with customers' database such that we can have login pages for different groups of them; modify, find and display what we are looking for by searching data among their databases, beside the default account login page in Zen Cart?

I'm not sure I understand. The display or layout of a "login page" is not a function of "content management". It's a templating issue.
