Sorry, but I can't tell you what's wrong with your module by looking at one line of code.

There are several built-in modules as well as addon modules which handle gift certificates just fine. Compare your module against those to figure out what's different and thus what's broken.

He says everything is similar to codes used for Paypal.

From what I saw the ot_gv does not pass to the order.

Anything particular we could look into.
