Problem with Shipping weight

Hello,

I have a problem with incorrect products weight which appear during checkout. Any product weight is being increased for 3 kg automatically.
Example: If a product weight 1.5 kg a customer sees 4,5 kg during checkout. It causes incorrect shipping fee.
Does anyone have an idea why this happens?

How much weight do you have it adding for the box and the little styrofoam pellets?
On the admin panel:
Configuration - shipping/packaging - Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight

and
Configuration - shipping/packaging - Larger packages - added packaging percentage:weight

It was exactly what I wrote about.
I set up both "Package Tare Small to Medium" and "Larger packages - added packaging percentage" as "0:0".
