Hi all, I am sorry for being a new user with little to offer and asking for help but here goes.
Our website www.ultimate-appliances.co.uk is hosted on a dedicated server. The data server in which the server is held ran into problems and our site went down.
This has happened twice and on both occasions some links just redirect to the homepage. For instance on the homepage click on the banner LG Washing machine or LG Fridge freezer and both redirect back to the homepage. Add something to your basket and the same issue again!
The first time this happened we restored the site which took several hours. This time we are looking for a speedy solution if possible, is anyone able to offer guidance on this please to explain; why this is happening and how to fix it?
Many thanks in advance and I hope I haven't raised any eyebrows.

As to your Banners, some have links to your Home page. When adding to Shopping Cart I did not experience a problem.

I agree with website rob, look sok to me. your banners destination url is the homepage so its not redirecting its actually pointing to the homepage.

Hi all.
The problem is now fixed following a restore from a back up.
The website is not great and we have a new one in production ready hopefully before Christmas.
