Access Denied White Screen

Hi all,

Thought i had better check this out to try and understand better. I was just inside my admin using my iphone and all of a sudden I got a white page with 'Access Denied' in the top left hand corner.

Never seen this before and I have not changed anything on my site in weeks.

I am using 1.3.9h.

Can anyone tell me if this is zen cart showing this message of if it is the server? (doesnt seem like a normal server response), which would then make me wonder if its zen-cart, what has casued zen car to throw this message?

Is it because Im on my phone and the session is getting confused?

I forgot to ad after getting the message I refresh the page and the admin is back..

Very weird (a little concered)

ADDITION: I have found that it seems to only be happening on my phone. also when I went to sstore front I was getting the same white screen wityh access denied on homepage too!! thankfully everyone else that has checked for me says its all working fine, but that said I would really like to understand what could be causing this?

if it helps when the white screen comes up the page title is 'Untitled'

It's probably an addon script you've put on your site that only fires for phones, and doesn't properly have required core pieces in the code, and is triggering a protection system that simply says Access Denied. There are various forum threads on that topic.

Hi Doc, thanks for your response. I havent added anything recently and its never done it before but sounds about right if its only doing it on my phone though. however friends tried on their phones and had no issues.

So its definatly zen-cart that is triggering the access denied then? can you point me in the right direction to learn about all the things that could trigger access is denied so I can try and narrow down the problem?
