USPS Shipping Issues

Can't figure this out. Shipping is being charged double weight. I put in product page correct weight of 3 pounds. It shows up in cart as 3 pounds but the shipping is being charged double weight. IE: 6 pounds. I can't figure out why it's putting in an extra 3 pounds somewhere. I check the USPS shipping module and noting there. I do not use table rate. Only shipping module I have on is free shipping and USPS. I tried removing USPS module and reinstall but still same issue. Please see attached image.

Found the problem.... Sometimes you got to ask the question and then the answere will pop right in your face....

Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight 0:3

Should be 0:0

=)
