I currently have just 2 categories set up and they are set up to display on the home page, but only one is displaying....the very first one that I set up.
I can't even seem to find where to turn this category setting on and off, and I can't figure out why it's only showing the one category.
What am I missing please?

This looks like you have no Products in any of your Categories ...
